From now on, you will receive all relevant information about your customers, marketing campaigns, customer communication and your Google reviews at a glance. The information is presented in real time on clear dashboards and thus supports you in making strategic marketing decisions.

hellomateo Insights Tab

The hellomateo Insights dashboard is used to present you with all relevant data about subscribers, customers, newsletter campaigns, news and Google reviews at a glance. The following details are listed on the dashboard:

  • Number of new subscribers to your newsletter (opt-in granted)
  • number of new customers
  • Graphical presentation of the development of subscribers and customers over the last 30 days
  • Number of Google reviews collected
  • Average Google rating
  • Bar chart of reviews received divided by rating
  • Number of messages sent in the last 30 days

hellomateo Analytics in campaigns

The campaign tab in hellomateo contains in-depth analytics for your marketing newsletters. Use this information to optimize opening rates and ensure that your newsletters are always perfectly tailored to the respective customer segment. The insights help you implement highly effective, target group-specific marketing measures. The dashboard includes the following functions and analyses:

  • Campaign analysis can be filtered by channel and time period
  • Overview of messages sent, delivered, and read, as well as the number of customers who have interacted with your newsletter
  • Overview of ongoing, planned, and completed campaigns
