Augenoptik Rieckhof uses MATEO to centralize all external communication channels and thus keeps track of all customer inquiries, regardless of whether they are sent via Facebook, Instagram, email, WhatApp or SMS. Likewise, MATEO enables the optical company to proactively contact customers via Messenger, for example when a product is ready for pickup. This has reduced the number of unproductive phone calls. This was because customers were often unavailable. In addition, Augenoptik Rieckhof is active with several web stores. To make it easier to contact customers, the Mateo web widget was placed on each webshop. Since then, the number of inquiries via messenger channels has increased significantly, which contributes to a noticeably higher conversion rate and is a strong sales driver.
